• There is limited lodging available at Head Quarters which provides access to showers, kitchen, a bed (2) and a couch(1.5). The shed offers a couch bed (2) and a short walk to a RV style toilet. An additional cot (1) with bedding is available. All interior lodging needs to be approved prior and is not open to the public.

• There is tent camping available for 4-6 tents with access to an RV style toilet, kitchen, firepit and grill. Additional hike-in camp sites are available. There are no fires allowed at these sites. A short walk provides access to an RV style toilet and outdoor water. All camping needs to be scheduled in advance.

• There are 2 spots available for an RV/ camper van/ etc. All camping needs to be scheduled in advance.

• There are over 15 hotels available in Georgetown. The prices increase dramatically during derby season.

• There are plenty of additional campgrounds in the surrounding area. Three Springs Campground and RV Park, Whispering Hills RV Park, Kentucky Horse Park Campground, Still Waters Campground, Kentucky River Campground and RV Park, and the Elkhorn Creek RV Park.

All time spent at Camp Norwood is at your own risk. While there are no fees to stay at Camp Norwood, donations are always welcome. During inclement weather, the pole barn is available with the Raccoon Room being the safest place during a tornado warning.
